In the direct surroundings we have nice food shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The bus to the city centre stops at 200 Mtr
The ringway (R4) of Ghent is at 800 Mtrs, that way you have a very good conectivity to the rest of Belgium, Holland, Germany and France
