The units

Self-contained studios and one spacious apartment at a single address (Noordveenakkerstraat 66–66A, 9000 Ghent).
Every unit is fully furnished and move-in ready: comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with Chromecast, fast internet and private bathroom. The entire house can be leased by one company housing up to eleven employees under a single contract.

Included services

Every lease includes periodic cleaning of the unit. For stays shorter than three months we provide bed and bath linen with regular changes. Utilities and internet are settled transparently through the contract.

FOR COMPANIES

Team housing, properly contracted

We sign lease agreements with your company from one month onwards, with monthly invoicing. You decide who lives there; staff rotation is handled through a simple resident list. For stays of three months or more, we assist your employees with the legally required registration with the City of Ghent.

One point of contact, a detailed inventory and condition report at check-in, and clear terms on maximum occupancy, deposit and notice. Your HR or project manager knows exactly where they stand.

PRACTICAL

• Minimum lease term: one month; monthly extension or fixed longer terms available
• Pricing: by quote, depending on unit, duration and occupancy; invoiced to your company
• VAT: the statutory VAT regime applies depending on the lease duration and is stated transparently on each invoice
• No tourist rental: our units cannot be booked per night
